Endang Paramita Sapardan is a corporate partner at Yohanes Aples & Partners. Mita graduated from Pelita Harapan University in 2005, received her master’s degree from Gadjah Mada University in 2008, and her notarial master’s degree from University of Indonesia in 2009.
Between 2005 and 2009 she worked as an in-house lawyer and between 2009 and 2017 she worked at Hanafiah Ponggawa & Partners, where she regularly works with various scales of Indonesian companies, state-owned companies, foreign companies, and governmental institutions on various issues and projects.
She has more than ten years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, asset securitization, health law, intellectual property rights, infrastructure, transportation, and aviation law. She has also co-authored several books and articles on these topics.
